First, and foremost, HR 4393, is co-sponsored by Washington State Representative Dan Newhouse of Congressional District 4.
HR 4393, To secure borders and immigration reform, was introduced to Congress on July 15th, 2025. It was referred to seven committees: House Judiciary, Homeland Security, Ways and Means, Transportation and Infrastructure, Education and Workforce, Oversight and Government Reform and Armed Services. It has NOT been voted on yet as a congressional candidate stated recently.
Reading the Summary, the first thing that jumps out at me other than this politically correct dignity term is the term “undocumented immigrants.” “Undocumented immigrants” is a cuddly term for the legally correct term of “illegal aliens.” Dignity is a synonym for Amnesty! It would be an interesting exercise to redline this document to replace undocumented immigrants with illegal aliens and Dignity with Amnesty.
In this Amnesty Act, the illegal aliens will be able to remain in the US for seven years if they choose to participate in the Dignity (Amnesty) Program. To participate in the Amnesty Program, the illegal alien will have to pass all the good and legal stuff to prove they are not criminals. They will also have to pay into a American Workforce Fund $7000 over a seven-year period; $1000/year! This is to go to retrain American Workers. How many trade schools or colleges cost $1000/year? NONE!
I will not discuss the “rest of this Summary of the Amnesty Act as it’s so blatantly a whitewashed Amnesty Bill. Initially, I thought the comments on X were overly inflammatory generally stating that it is an Amnesty Bill sponsored by RINOs. I stand corrected as those sentiments are correct! HR 4393 is nothing but a whitewashed Amnesty Bill wrapped up in a MAGA friendly title with politically correct (liberal) guts. Christ was NOT politically correct: vipers, hypocrites, whitewashed sepluchres … Do they really think we are that stupid? My hope and prayer beyond it never seeing the light of day, is that our President Donald J Trump will veto this bill if it ever lands on his desk!
