RECOMMENDED – VOTE NO ON MEASURE
Vote “NO” to Creating Districts in Richland!
- Protect Your Right to Vote on all 7 council members, not a minority of 3.
- Districts are Unnecessary: 4 out of 5 proposed districts are already represented on City Council. In November, it will probably be 5 out of 5.
Proposed Districts do not reflect neighborhoods with unique cultures, values, traditions, heritage or customs: Proposed districts are simply 12,000 unaffiliated people.
Keep City Council Members Accountable to all Richland residents: Not just districts.
- Districts are Divisive: They create competition between neighborhoods.
See Keep Richland One – VOTE NO.

Donald Landsman
Council Position 4
RECOMMENDED

Sadly, Donald passed away on August 31st after receiving over 58% of the primary vote. By law, his name will remain on the ballot. If Donald wins, the newly elected city council will appoint a temporary replacement until a new election is held.
This will ensure Richland’s voters will determine who will ultimately serve and that the position will not default to an unqualified, unpopular opponent.
Honor Donald’s legacy. Vote for Donald Landsman.
